Return & Refund Policy – Souq Al-Wafra

At Souq Al-Wafra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds according to the policy outlined below.


Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Or incorrect item was delivered


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (due to customer handling)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, where applicable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or defective items, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Souq Al-Wafra will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
